1-2-1 Yoga Class

Oak and Willow's 1-2-1 experience offers you the chance to explore yoga movements in a gentle fun and progressive way all at your own pace. You are encouraged to take time to be mindful of how your body moves and not on how you think the asana (posture) should look.

 

Classes are not simply designed to introduce you to yoga but to build a sense of personal awareness.

 

We end each session with a period of relaxation making it a time that is truly a gift to yourself.
